This privacy notice deals with information about students and their families.

At Aprendizes, personal data treatment is dictated by the school's activities, exercise of its mission and legal attributions. Information and data provided to Aprendizes are confidential and digitally recorded, taking into account the legislation about the protection of personal data, claims and databases created for this effect. We use personal data from our students to support their learning, monitor, and report on their progress, to provide appropriate psychological attention, and improve the quality of our services, which include legal and regulatory objectives.

We collect and maintain personal information about students, families, and employees. We can receive information about students obtained from previous schools or other sources related to their schooling or staff development. Personal data could be considered as information from school registers, such as name, address, contact data, disciplinary records, including notes and progress reports of students. It provides contact details, reports of results, attendance information, behavioral information, disciplinary and exclusion information, and other information from previous schools. Our records also include biometric data (for example photographs), allergy information or food restrictions (which can provide clues about religion or soy). There are, together, information on personal characteristics (such as nationality, religion, ethnicity, family situation, specific educational needs, relevant medical information) and other information that may be relevant to those of us alone.

This data will not be used by anyone else but for those who are legally entitled or for whom consent was given by the owner of the data. We do not provide information about our employees without the consent of the respondent, other than what is required by law or is required by the government. This data will be reserved and preserved for a period of time necessary and for the finalization of the contract, with no legal or regulatory framework in force. 

 The personal data of each member, as well as any final assessment, will always be shared with the Ministry of Education, which requires the acceptance and consent of sharing academic records and personal data to public or private entities, according to the attributes and competencies of Aprendizes.

 The same guarantees the title of the data or the right of access, verification and update of the data, obtained from the existing means for the effect, or directly to  Aprendizes.

 The framework of the RRGPD allows the holder the right to remove, oppose the storage of data, verification, and data updates, which can be requested by email at rgpd@osaprendizes.pt.
